Play and Record
Play & Record web service lets you add variety of value add services:
Call your users; record a message (mp3) and play recorded voice on another users phone or through a web link.  Pricing: 2 cents per minute

Text2Speech
Text2Speech web service provides you an option to convert text into an audio file (mp3/wav). This file could be accessed or downloaded from our servers. 
Pricing: 100 conversions for each dollar

 

MediaConversion
MediaConversion web service provides you an option to convert audio media types, like reducing size of mp3 file by converting it to mono from stereo, mp3 to wav and wav to mp3. Converted files are stored on our servers and could be accessed and downloaded from there.
